**About the Opportunity**
We are looking to add a versatile and detail oriented Logistic Coordinator to our growing Procurement team at Clearspace. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, Montreal, this individual will play a critical role in remotely managing our warehouse partners in Toronto and Montreal and ensuring products make their way from the warehouse to active sites seamlessly.
**Missions principales / About the Deliverables**:
- Bâtir et maintenant de très bones relation avec nos partenaires logistique et nos entrepôts
- Gérer et updater quotidiennement nos trackers pour s’assurer que tous les produits commandés ont été livrés à l’entrepôt
- Évaluer les performances de nos partenaires logistique et nos entrepôts
- Mettre à jour chaque information de commande dans nos logiciels internes
- Suivre de près les livraisons en cours avec nos partenaires logistiques et nos fournisseurs
- Organiser les livraisons des meubles dans les nouveaux bureaux que nous construisons -Coordonner les différents acteurs (entrepôt, installateurs, responsables de la construction, gestionnaires des buildings)
- Développer une liste de partenaires fiables en livraison et installation
- Effectuer des achats de produits si nécessaire

- Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse partners
- Actively manage warehouse trackers to ensure ordered products have made their way to the warehouse on time
- Evaluate performance of warehouse partners
- Update purchase information in internal software
- Follow up on ongoing deliveries with suppliers and logistics partners
- Organize furniture deliveries to new offices - Coordinate warehouse, installers and construction managers
- Build a roster of delivery and installation partners
- Support product purchasing as necessary
**About You**:

- Capable d’adaptation et d’apprendre rapidement
- Capable de travailler en autonomie et de prendre des initiatives
- Très organisé, toutes les informations sont prises en comptes et enregistrées en tout temps
- Impliqué quotidiennement et avec sens des responsabilités
- Français et anglais courant, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
- Atout complémentaire : Expérience en logistique ou achats

- Meticulously organized and can effectively juggle multiple competing priorities
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly
- Ability to work independently and take-on new initiatives
- Highly organized - everything is accounted for at all times
- You have a strong pride of ownership in your work
- Must be fluent in written and spoken French
- Nice to have: Past experience in logistics, procurement, or dispatch
