We are a renowned, high-end medical laser clinic in the Greater Toronto Area, recognized for our exceptional surgical treatments for various ocular diseases. As leaders in the medical industry, we are dedicated to providing high-quality treatment services and fostering a positive work culture that supports the growth and development of our employees. Our commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability ensures that we meet the unique needs of our patients through comprehensive surgical and non-surgical procedures, including laser and cosmetic treatments.

**Position Overview**:As the Assistant Manager of our busy Medical Centre, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that revenue and targets are met quarterly and annually while overseeing the seamless daily operations of our clinics. You will lead and mentor a team of 19 healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services while upholding regulatory standards and protocols. You will also manage multiple vendor relations and marketing consulting relations; thus, you must have good Project Management and Coordination experience and skill sets. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional medical services to our patients.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Team Development**:

- Design and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Coach and mentor sales team in various techniques to enhance their effectiveness.
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, share updates, and address concerns.
- Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds performance targets.
- Support staff growth through ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Track and assess staff Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), offering constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement actionable plans to enhance the overall patient experience.
- **Patient Engagement**:

- Develop and execute strategies to encourage repeat visits and build long-term patient relationships.
- Create and oversee programs aimed at fostering ongoing patient engagement and loyalty.
- **Collaboration and Strategic Alignment**:

- Work closely with senior management to ensure sales and operational strategies align with business objectives.
- Collaborate on initiatives that promote a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Regularly analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and maximize outcomes.
- Implement improvements to enhance both operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in analyzing customer feedback and market trends to identify service improvement and growth opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is minimum required.
- MBA or equivalent Master in Health Care or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a professional setting, demonstrating a proven ability to contribute to team success and operational improvements.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in any industry, showcasing strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the medical industry, particularly in laser clinics, eye care, medical cosmetic services, or a medical aesthetician environment.
- **Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to inspire and effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and fostering collaboration.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset but not required.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle for travel within the Greater Toronto Area (all three sites).

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
