SBC College - Corporate Training Division, is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated person to instruct our Corporate clients on various Microsoft courses. Companies are looking to cultivate their employees skills and knowledge; therefore, we are seeking an individual to do just that.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with Corporate Training Director to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Work with a variety of effective training programs
- Lead individual training sessions
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Keep attendance and other records

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
- Proficient in MS Office, e-learning software is an asset
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
- BSc/BA in Business, HR, Finance or relevant field
- Certification (e.g. CPLP) is a benefit

This position is part-time. You will work closely with our Corporate Training Director on schedules, class times, inventory of books etc.
