As an industry leader for the past twenty years, GA International offers complete laboratory labeling solutions to the academic, government and commercial sectors. Our head office is located in Laval, QC with local operations in the United States, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a **Distributor Relations Representative.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with distributors on regular basis and maintain business relationship
- Plan webinars and organize campaigns for distributor account holders
- Review distributor accounts and optimize sales opportunities
- Work with internal Account Managers and Scientific Support to maintain client satisfaction
- Review online presence on distributor websites
- Provide image graphics to assist distributor promotions

**Qualifications**:

- Scientific background is an asset
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Knowledge in sales and marketing is an asset
- Motivated
- Great communication
- Goal-oriented
- Bilingual (emphasis on English)

**Responsabilités**:

- Communiquer régulièrement avec les distributeurs et entretenir les relations commerciales.
- Planifier des webinaires et organiser des campagnes pour les détenteurs de comptes distributeurs
- Examiner les comptes des distributeurs et optimiser les opportunités de vente
- Travailler avec les gestionnaires de comptes internes et le support scientifique pour maintenir la satisfaction des clients.
- Examiner la présence en ligne sur les sites web des distributeurs
- Fournir des images graphiques pour soutenir les promotions des distributeurs

**Qualifications**:

- Une formation scientifique est un atout
- Expérience dans des fonctions en contact avec la clientèle
- Des connaissances en matière de vente et de marketing sont un atout
- Motivé(e)
- Excellente communication
- Orienté vers les objectifs
- Bilingue (surtout en anglais)
