About this Position

We are looking for Licensing Liaison to join our Life Licensing Department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with agents and Regulators as required to ensure that all provincial requirements are met
- Responsible for resolving issues for IBAs that are stuck in the Control Panel
- Process provincial renewals for mainly AB, BC, MB, ON, SK and various other provinces
- Review outside activity for Life licensed agents and forward to province, issue appropriate letter and update ARTS as required
- Process license terminations for AB, MB, ON, SK, NL, NS and various other provinces
- Process agent contract and licence reinstatements and communicate with agents as to regulatory requirements to reinstate licence
- Review conflicts for new recruits
- Process files requiring action
- Assist with managing RLC mailbox
- Other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Canada wide Provincial Licensing Regulations a definite asset
- Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to multi-task, continuously prioritize workflow and meet deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong cooperative and professional attitude
- A high-energy self-starter and shows initiative
- Able to thrive in a team environment
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
