Inventory Administrator

**Location: 2180 Eagle Street North, Cambridge**
**Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm**
In this role, the individual must have great organizational skills and an eye for detail. As an Inventory Administrator you will create inventory reports, travel frequently to our multiple locations, record daily accurate counts and will work to find ways to lessen future inventory errors.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Prepare inventory lists for all dealerships/locations
- Conduct physical inventory audits at dealerships
- Report directly to Inventory Manager
- Investigate inventory anomalies
- Reconcile inventory regularly
- Data entry of newly ordered trailers
- Audit bank floor plan against physical inventory
- Maintain integrity of the inventory in PBS to ensure it reflects physical asset
- Communicate with General Managers and Accounting Department to resolve/reconcile inventory and/or floor plan
- Must be capable of driving locally throughout southern Ontario for routine and regular site visits (vehicle and related expenses provided)
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Must be a highly motivated and self-driven person who can work unsupervised, learn quickly and be comfortable working independently
- Detailed oriented
- High school diploma
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Valid G class driver’s license required, with an acceptable driving abstract and history
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedule
