Mechanical Aircraft Component Repair Lead

Paid holidays, paid sick days after accrued time. Working schedule is, Day Shift, Mondays to Fridays, with occasional overtime as required, and on weekends.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
Ø **Supervise Team, identify priorities of work packages.**

Ø **Ensure all equipment is calibrated and meets all regulatory requirements.**

Ø **Perform maintenance task, repair/overhaul of Mechanical components**

Ø **Read and interpret Maintenance Manual, Service Bulletin, Technical Specification, Drawings, Company Maintenance and Policy Manuals**

Ø **Measure parts wear by using precision instruments**

Ø **Record all maintenance tasks carried out on work order packages**

Ø **Must own basic hand tools**

Ø **Attention to detail**

Ø **Transport Canada regulations require applicant to have good English language skills in reading and writing**

Ø **Ability to function as part of high-performance team**

Ø **Other tasks and duties as assigned**

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
Ø 7-10 years aviation experience overhaul/repair with a TC approved AMO for Mechanical components.

Ø Possess in-depth knowledge of the day-to-day functions of a TC Approved AMO & CARs 571 maintenance requirements as it pertains the repair and overhaul of Air Cycle Machines and components.

Ø Minimum 3-5 years TC SCA approval

Ø Strong troubleshooting skills an asset
Working knowledge of Component Control MRO software Quantum would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
