We are currently seeking and have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated individual to fill the position of **Applied Distribution Program (ADP), Program Lead**. The location is flexible for any metropolitan area Applied operates in: Greater Vancouver Area (Delta), Calgary, Edmonton/Nisku, Greater Toronto Area (Downsview), Montreal, Quebec City and is also a remote work opportunity (see specifics below).

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Vice President, Western Canada, the Applied Distribution Program (ADP), Program Lead will play a key role in driving expansion and execution of the ADP program across Canada, an important part of the distribution strategy for AIT Canada. The successful individual will be responsible for all areas of program management and delivery of the ADP program across Canada: regional penetration and/or expansion building and executing on sales growth strategy, promotion and marketing, customer support, structure and process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional passionate about growing ADP to a national program for AIT Canada

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for identifying program needs and growing nationally, the Applied Distribution Program (ADP) from concept to reality, including assessing current gaps and future requirements.
- End to end management and coordination of the program, ensuring initiatives are well planned, executed and delivered on time and within scope, and appropriately reflect and align with the needs and strategy of the organization.
- Act as the key point of contact for all program enquiries and initiatives for both internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and present current and potential ADP accounts; create and prepare reports as requested by customers or other key stakeholders
- Identify program margin improvement opportunities and positively impact both acquisition and rebated margins.
- Act as a liaison between Applied Canada locations and customers; assist locations as well as regional and area management in selling the value of the ADP Program while keeping customers advised of developments, handle concerns and proactively work with key internal stakeholders to meet the needs of customers
- Develop and maintain communication plan for effective program updates and information transmittance to key stakeholders.
- Drive marketing efforts on Applied Distribution Program (ADP).
- Partner with the GM/Managers, Senior Leaders, cross-functional teams as well as the suppliers to analyze the effectiveness of the current program and develop initiatives to improve
- Develop KPIs, metrics/dashboards, and budgets to measure and track performance of programs.
- Facilitate program sell pricing, supplier price support and other commercial activities.

**Education & Experience**:

- Post-secondary education with a concentration on either sales, marketing, and/or business management.
- Proven track record of driving sales, profit enhancement and customer relationships.
- 5 years of experience in a customer facing dynamic role
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing projects impacting both internal and external customers
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with many stakeholders involved
- Must be able to appropriately, discretely, and effectively handle and communicate sensitive information

- Superior collaboration skills including the ability to advise, integrate and act upon the unique requirements of stakeholders at all levels.
- An effective strategic business partner with an ability to consult through to delivering program requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and work in a collaborative manner with multiple stakeholders - managers, employees, leadership, etc.
