People Now Employment Agency is currently hiring Framers/ Rough Carpenters for our clients in the Toronto district.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as: lifting, bending, walking, standing for long periods of time etc.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Time Management skills to adapt to changing requirements and schedules
- Ability to safely use hand tools and other construction equipment
- Able to perform tasks with a focus on safety
- Valid G Driver’s license and own transportation preferred to travel to different job sites.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Use a saw to cut wood to various sizes.
- Measure and mark wood for cutting.
- Lay out pieces of wood onto a flat surface to determine if pieces will fit together properly.
- Use nails or screws to connect pieces of wood.
- Comfortable using power tools to cut wood and other materials.
- Performing cleanups of job sites by clearing away all carpentry debris and waste.
- Assist Lead Carpenter and follow directions.
- Steel-toed boots and hard hat are required on all job sites
