Administrative Assistant for Real Estate Office

**Responsibilities**:

- Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed
- Fill out all appropriate paperwork and file in the customer database to assist the real estate team in closing deals
- Enforce compliance with legal and tax withholding processes
- Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood
- Take part in employee development programs to strengthen existing skill sets in real estate administration
- Respond to customer needs with urgency and attentiveness
- Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough

**Qualifications**:

- Great written and verbal skills
- Real estate license preferred
- Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents
- Previous experience in the real estate industry

We are a small team of realtors that have been in the business for over 22 years. We make over 100 transactions per year between new development projects, commercial and resale. Our mission is to make each customer interaction a satisfactory one and to take the client through every step of their real estate transaction in a smooth and efficient manner.
