Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire immobilier qui saura traiter les dossiers de façon très minutieuse
Expérience en Immobilier et avec Hopem sera un grand atout.
Pour réussir dans ce poste, tu devras posséder:
- Le sens du detail;
- Competences en administration;
- Une bonne gestion des priorités, de la planification et savoir faire des suivis ;
- Une vision d’ensemble, un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse ;
- De l’organisation et le sens de l’initiative;
- Aime le Service -Client et la résolution de problème
- Un bon esprit d’analyse
Responsabilités (brèves)
- Gestion du processus des renouvellements de baux résidentiel ;
- Traiter les dossiers et demandes administratives des locataires ;
- Documenter les dossiers de régie du logement ;
- Assurer des suivis réguliers et serrés;
- Effectuer les enquêtes de crédits;
- Mettre à jour et assurer une bonne conformité des dossiers sur le réseau;
- Communication avec des fournisseurs pour obtention des soumissions;
- Traiter les dossiers d’appel d’offre pour les contrats d’entretien de nos immeubles;
- Toute autre tâche connexe permettant d’offrir un support au Gestionnaire Immobilier
- Formation/Expérience/Connaissances
- Bilingue tant à l’oral, qu’à l’écrit
- DEC en Administration ou études dans le domaine administratif ou domaine pertinent
- Connaissance de la suite office;
- Connaissance d’Hopem un Atout.

Responsibilities (brief)
- Manage the residential lease renewal process;
- Process tenant files and administrative requests;
- Document housing management files;
- Ensure regular and close follow-ups;
- Carry out credit investigations;
- Update and ensure compliance of network files;
- Communication with suppliers to obtain bids;
- Handle calls for tender for building maintenance contracts;
- Any other related task to support the Property Manager.
- Training/Experience/Knowledge
- Bilingual, both spoken and written
- DEC in Administration or studies in administrative field or relevant field
- Knowledge of office suite;
