Être capable de démontrer une compréhension complète du menu demandé
- Mesurer les ingrédients alimentaires conformément aux directives de contrôle des portions et aux instructions des brochures.
- Ramasser les assiettes de service, jeter les aliments dans les assiettes, en respectant soigneusement les instructions et les directives des brochures.
- Aider à la mise en place et au service des repas spéciaux
- Placer les étagères de produits dans le tunnel de refroidissement ou dans toute autre zone d'attente dédiée.
- Respecter le programme de production défini par le chef d'équipe, le chef d'équipe ou le directeur.
- éditer et organiser les étiquettes à l'extérieur et à l'intérieur pour la production programmée de la journée
- Effectuer l'emballage et le stockage des aliments conformément aux exigences de sécurité et aux instructions des clients.
- Étiqueter chaque étagère de la production conformément aux normes et processus de l'entreprise.
- Veiller à ce que les ingrédients et les matériaux d'emballage restants soient correctement étiquetés et replacés dans l'entrepôt sec, la chambre froide ou l'entrepôt des matériaux d'emballage.
- Apporter les ingrédients ou le matériel d'emballage depuis l'entrepôt, le réfrigérateur ou la zone d'attente.
- Veiller à ce que les activités soient enregistrées correctement et en temps voulu, signaler toute pratique insalubre ou condition dangereuse.
- Installer l'équipement, maintenir le poste de travail propre, veiller à l'hygiène avant le début du travail ou avant de partir.
- S'assurer que les étagères sont correctement identifiées, emballées et éloignées des produits chimiques et des substances dangereuses, respecter toutes les règles et normes en matière de sécurité alimentaire, de santé et de sécurité, ainsi que les règles et normes de l'entreprise.
- Effectuer les autres tâches qui lui sont confiées
- Have the ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of the required menu
- Measure food ingredients according to portion control guidelines and booklets instruction
- Collect serving plates, dispose food in plates, carefully respecting instructions and booklets guidelines
- Assist in setting up and serving of special meals
- Place racks of products in cooling tunnel or any other dedicated waiting area
- Complete defined production schedule as assigned by Team-Lead, Lead-Hand, or Manager
- Edit and organize labels outside & inside for the scheduled production of the day
- Perform proper food packaging / storing based on safety requirements and customers instructions
- Tag every rack in the production according to company’s standards & processes
- Ensure that left over ingredients and packaging material are properly labelled and returned in the dry storage, cooler or packaging material storage
- Bring ingredients or packaging material from the warehouse / fridge / waiting area
- Ensure proper and timely recording of activities, report any unsanitary practice / unsafe condition
- Set up equipment, maintain clean workstation, ensure sanitation before shift / before leaving
- Make sure racks are properly identified, wrapped, and moved away from chemicals / hazardous substances, respect all food safety, health & safety, company rules & standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes
- Capacité à travailler dans des chambres froides pendant de longues périodes (en dessous de 10°C (50°F))
- Une bonne connaissance du système HACCP est un atout (une formation sera assurée dans le cas contraire).
- Assiduité, diligence, ponctualité, fiabilité
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme soutenu
- Capacité à travailler le matin et les week-ends (en fonction de l'équipe assignée).
