Taiga est une entreprise de technologie et de fabrication de véhicules électriques hors route en pleine expansion qui recherche un technicien en automatisation pour construire, tester et entretenir l'équipement de fabrication automatisé dans nos installations de production.
En tant que membre du département des batteries, vous ferez partie d'une équipe dynamique au rythme rapide pour construire et entretenir des équipements d'assemblage automatisés afin de fabriquer les packs de batteries innovants de Taïga. En outre, vous serez en contact avec les services de conception et d'ingénierie de la qualité pour résoudre les problèmes, améliorer les conceptions et veiller à ce que l'équipement de production réponde à des exigences strictes en matière de délais et de qualité.
**Responsabilités**
- Construire et assembler des équipements automatisés complexes, y compris des assemblages mécaniques, pneumatiques et électriques, conformément aux dessins et aux instructions.
- Construire, câbler et mettre en service des panneaux de commande et des terminaux industriels conformément aux schémas électriques et aux spécifications.
- Installer et mettre en service des robots industriels
- Tester et calibrer l'équipement automatisé pour s'assurer qu'il fonctionne selon les spécifications.
- Dépanner l'équipement, identifier et résoudre les problèmes électriques et mécaniques.
- Effectuer les contrôles de routine et l'entretien préventif
- Identifier et utiliser les outils manuels et électriques, les dispositifs de mesure et les équipements de test électrique nécessaires.
- Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénieurs et leur fournir des informations afin d'améliorer la conception et la sécurité des machines.
**Exigences**
- DEP ou diplôme d'études collégiales en technologie de l'automatisation ou en électronique
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en électromécanique
- Capacité de lire des dessins techniques, des schémas et des diagrammes de câblage.
- Bonnes aptitudes mécaniques et électriques
- Expérience technique pratique en fabrication
- Connaissance de base des automates et des IHM.
- Connaissance de MS Office
- Méticuleux, attention aux détails et grande importance accordée à la sécurité.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication
- Capable de travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
**Préféré**:
- Expérience dans l'industrie automobile ou des sports motorisés
- Connaissance du code électrique
- Connaissance de la programmation et de l'entretien des robots industriels

**Description**
Taiga is a rapidly scaling off-road electric vehicle technology and manufacturing company seeking an Automation Technician to build, test, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment in our production facilities.
As part of the battery department, you will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team to build and maintain automated assembly equipment to manufacture Taiga’s innovative battery packs. Furthermore, you will interface with design and quality engineering to solve problems, improve designs, and ensure that production equipment meets stringent time and quality demands.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and assemble complex automated equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical assembly according to drawings and instructions
- Build, wire, and commission industrial control panels and terminals according to electrical diagrams & specifications
- Install and commission industrial robots
- Test and calibrate automated equipment to ensure it performs per specifications
- Troubleshoot equipment, identify, and fix electrical and mechanical issues
- Perform routine check-up and preventative maintenance
- Identify and use necessary hand and power tools, gauging devices, and electrical test equipment
- Collaborate and provide feedback to engineering teams to improve machine design and safety
**Requirements**:
- DEP or college diploma in automation technology or electronics
- 1-3 years of electro-mechanic experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics & wiring diagrams
- Good mechanical and electrical abilities
- Hands-on technical background in manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of PLC’s and HMIs
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Meticulous, attention to detail and high emphasis on safety
- Great communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
**Preferred**:
- Experience in Automotive or Powersports Industry
- Knowledge of the electrical code
- Knowledge in programming and maintenance of industrial robots
