**YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO**:
Define the product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities

Prioritize features and enhancements

Lead the teams through execution in an agile and fast paced environment

Manage the product backlog and drive the entire lifecycle of product development

Be the expert on all things metrics and data, ensuring a data driven approach

Test (A/B, user testing, etc.), learn, improve and iterate

Build and maintain strong relationships and alignment with key stakeholders

Understand and empathize with customers’ behaviors and unmet needs to uncover innovation opportunities

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Ability to build solid business relationships

Strong analytical, problem solving and influencing ability

Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

High degree of ownership and self-initiative

In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

Proven track record to successfully implement large, complex digital projects

5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce product management

Great command of English (written and spoken), and French language considered an asset

Experience with Magento2 EE and Akeneo PIM is considered an asset
