**Junior Bookkeeper**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Perform bank and account reconciliation
- General ledger and journal entries
- Post vendor invoices
- Prepare and post customer invoices
- Process accounts payable checks and other payment methods
- Prepare Daily Bank Deposit of checks
- Monthly GST/PST Reports
- Knowledge of SAGE Business Vision and Excel

The successful applicant will be highly organized, have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize and understand the importance of attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Experience with SAGE Business Vision required.

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-time, 40 Hours, Mon-Fri
- Ability to commute

**Experience**:
Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

SAGE Business Vision

**Salary**: $15.50-$21.00 per hour
