**Job description**

DH Warehousing & Fulfillment is looking for a **full-time bookkeeper to work in office. **Diploma/Degree in accounting or related field is preferred.

**Language**:

- Mandarin **AND** English (required)
- Strong English communication skills(required)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Managing A/P, A/R and handling invoices using Quickbooks
- Daily entry of key data financial transactions in database
- Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Communicate with clients in China regarding any invoice issue

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred
- 1 year of experience in an office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
