**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors warmly at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist customers and schedule appointments.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our computerized systems.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing concerns and providing information as needed.
- Coordinate office activities and maintain an organized filing system for easy access to documents.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication with team members.
- Ensure that all front desk operations run smoothly, including managing phone systems and handling correspondence.
- Collaborate with medical or dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and support their administrative needs.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
- Proficient in data entry and familiar with computerized systems used in office management.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
