**About Desi Rewards**:
Desi Rewards is a South Asian loyalty program launching this summer in the Greater Toronto Area. Our mission is to connect South Asian international students with local businesses through an innovative loyalty program that offers exclusive rewards and benefits. We aim to build a vibrant community where businesses can engage with a growing population of South Asian students and professionals.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Campus Director. This part-time, fixed-term role is ideal for aspiring marketing managers who are passionate about community engagement and want to make a significant impact on local campuses. The Campus Director will be responsible for promoting Desi Rewards across multiple campuses, including Sheridan College, George Brown College, Seneca, and others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Campus Engagement**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of Desi Rewards among students.
- Organize and manage campus events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with student associations, clubs, and other campus organizations to promote Desi Rewards.
**- Marketing and Outreach**
- Create and distribute marketing materials (flyers, posters, social media content) to drive engagement.
- Leverage social media platforms to connect with students and promote Desi Rewards initiatives.
- Collect feedback from students to improve program offerings and marketing strategies.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain relationships with campus administrators, faculty, and student leaders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Desi Rewards on assigned campuses.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and campus activities.
- Provide regular updates to the Desi Rewards team on progress and insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Current student or recent graduate from a local college or university (Sheridan College, George Brown College, Seneca, etc.).
- Strong interest in marketing, community engagement, and event planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing techniques.
- Passion for the South Asian community and cultural awareness.
