Job Overview:
As a Budtender / Key Lead at Red Roots Trading Company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and informative experience for our customers. You will be responsible for guiding customers through our product offerings, sharing your knowledge about various strains, consumption methods, and providing personalized recommendations. Your enthusiasm for cannabis, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail will contribute to our commitment to offering a premium dispensary experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge, including strain characteristics, effects, and consumption methods.
- Educate customers on responsible cannabis use, dosage, and potential effects.
- Assist in the selection of products based on customer preferences and needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through our point-of-sale system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and cannabis regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold dispensary standards.

Qualifications:

- Must possess a Cannsell License
- Cannabis experience is a must
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for cannabis and a willingness to continually expand knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cannabis regulations.

How to Apply:
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-05-01
