**Job Summary**:We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automotive Salesperson to join our sales team. As a Heartland Automotive Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the purchase of vehicles, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your primary goal will be to promote and sell vehicles to potential buyers while ensuring a positive buying experience. If you have a passion for automobiles and enjoy building relationships with customers, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing automotive dealership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Engagement:_
- Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customers' needs and preferences, and assist them in selecting the most suitable vehicle.
- Provide accurate information about various vehicle models, features, options, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives with customers and explain vehicle functionalities.
- Sales and Negotiation:

- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of different vehicles to potential buyers.
- Provide competitive pricing information and negotiate sales contracts with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with potential leads and prospects to convert them into sales.
- Product Knowledge:_
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive industry trends, vehicle models, and technological advancements.
- Educate customers on the features, specifications, and performance of different vehicles.
- Assist customers in understanding financing and leasing options available.
- Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and generating referrals.
- Administrative Tasks:_
- Complete necessary paperwork, such as sales contracts, financing agreements, and vehicle registration documents accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the finance and administrative team to ensure timely and smooth transactions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicles, including different makes, models, and features.
- Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using sales and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Salary**: $40,295.68-$138,494.04 per year
