Escape Trailer is looking for an **inventory experienced individual** to join our team. This role will require strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and the ability to work in a team. The Warranty Administrator should have experience in shipping/receiving, tracking inventory, picking orders and have the ability to multitask.

**As a Warranty Specialist your role includes**:

- **Role Overview**: The Warranty Specialist is crucial for ensuring the company can recoup costs associated with supplier deficiencies. While the position is primarily clerical, it does involve some physical tasks related to warranty parts.

This role manages warranty parts for both internal requirements and customer warranty items in the field.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Deficiency Tracking**: Monitor and document issues with parts on the production line and in aftersales.
- **Data Management**: Enter and analyze data related to warranty claims.
- **Vendor Communication**: Liaise with suppliers to efficiently process warranty claims.
- **Parts Handling**: Manage the physical handling and storage of defective production parts.
- **Decision Making**: Assess and determine the appropriate actions for deficient materials.

**Preferred Skills/Requirements**:

- **Time Management**: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- **Physical Capability**: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- **Independence**: Capability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English.
