- The rate of pay for the **Part Sales Specialist **ranges between **$23-$28** an hour based on experience & education. Increases are then reviewed throughout employment. The hours of operation for this role are either 7:00am to 3:30pm,** or **7:00-4:00pm Monday to Friday.

Our **AdvanTec Manufacturing Canada (AMC) facility** in Chilliwack, BC, is looking for an experienced and energetic** Part Sales Specialist **to join our team in Chilliwack, BC.

Part Sales Specialist is responsible for working with the parts department to assist getting parts through the system and expediting orders. This position assists service Installation and Warranty department, Sales and Operations by helping customers inquiring about after sale parts as well as sales, supply chain, and shipping support. This individual will provide a high level of customer service internally and externally to the company and assist in all aspects relating to parts sales support. This individual will be self-motivated and can multitask in this fast-paced environment. Integrity, vision, professionalism, and passion are key components of this position.

**Essential functions for this role are**:

- Identifying parts for customers and part sales rep
- Technical support for sales and customers as needed
- Receiving pick list from sales, picking, packaging and advising shipping on status
- Coordinating and expediting spare parts
- Coordinating expectations of internal and external customers
- Maintains part ERP to ensure parts are on hand when required
- Advising sales on ship status (on hold, ready to ship)
- Shipping support
- Secondary support for purchasing as required (finding and sourcing info)
- Secondary support for inventory (identifying parts and item numbers)
- Entering transactions into the ERP, maintaining fields
- Support cycle and inventory counting
- Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records

If you have the following experience, qualifications, and skills, we want to hear from you
- Strong work ethic; can work independently & willing to be a team player.
- Strong Knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, Power Point, Windows, and ERP
- Detail orientated
- Strong telephone skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- High school education or GED equivalent
- 1 -2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales role
- Able to read drawings and blue prints
- Technical knowledge or background in manufacturing setting and/or marine industry
- Must be comfortable in warehouse environment
- Must always wear safety boots and safety glasses in the production area
- Previous parts and service experience
- Excellent math and communication skills
- Previous experience using ERP systems an asset
- Can successfully multi task in a fast paced environment
