**Division info**:
The Landing Gear Market specializes in the design, qualification, manufacture and repair and overhaul of landing gears and flight critical components to a customer base that extends from the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to the Operators in both the commercial and military markets.
**Summary of position**:
This 4or 8-month Co-op position will Assist the Health and Safety leadership in integrating risk control and mitigation processes and strategies
**Main responsibilities**:
**During your internship, you will**:
Manage data entry of legacy and future health and safety audit and inspection findings
Create a health and safety SharePoint site
Create corporate health and safety procedures based on current policies and integrating health and safety into existing environmental procedures to create environmental health and safety procedures
Creating templates and audits protocols and health and safety compliance calendars.
Develop health and safety training and awareness.
Support health and safety team forums.
**Qualifications**:
Enrolled in a co-op approved college or university program for;
- Occupational Health and Safety
- Human Resources
- Public health or health related field
Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
