**Position Summary**: Perform duties related to the scheduling, delivery, stock reconciliation, and invoicing of fuel to local and rural customers of aviation fuel. All work is to be done by adhering to the prescribed safety standard and in accordance with Kreos and Lancaster policies and procedures.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
1. Carry a cell phone to answer customer questions in regard to pricing and delivery of fuel for both Jet and Avgas.

2. Provide professional customer service for the sale of fuel including the appearance of persons and equipment.

3. Operate equipment safely following traffic laws on streets, highways, rural roads and various aprons of the airport.

4. Loads trucks in accordance with Highways Weights and dimensions guidelines for equipment type.

5. Maintain accurate records of fuel loaded, transported and invoiced.

6. Process all required documentation to fulfil the needs of invoicing and/or collection of accounts.

7. Conducts general repairs to vehicles and equipment including ongoing cleaning and maintenance.

8. Assists in additional duties as assigned.

9. Foster an environment of teamwork and good relations with all departments.

10. Markets and develops the business by meeting with customers attends meetings, spray conferences etc.

11. Be a positive ambassador for the Kreos / Lancaster brands.

12. Identify changes in the competitive landscape and opportunities for business growth.

**Qualifications and Job Requirement**:
High School diploma

Qualification for this position requires successful obtainment/completion of

Class 1A License with a clean driver abstract and the ongoing maintenance of a clean drivers abstract for the duration of position.

Airside Vehicle Operators Permit (AVOP)

Radio License

Restricted area Identification Card (RAIC)

Aircraft Fuel Examinations (ACE) may be required

**Preferred Skills**:
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Willingness to work shifts as assigned coupled with the ability to work independently.

Self-motivated with mechanical aptitude.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to tight time schedule.

Ability to focus on supplying professional customer service to both internal and external customers.

Ability to multi-task.

Computer skills along with a high degree of accuracy.

**Equipment to Be Used**:
Various communication equipment, which include radio base unit, hand held radio, cell phone, etc.

Fuel delivery truck.

Normal office equipment.

**Physical Demands**:
Ability to manually lift 50 pounds in a safe manner, using proper manual handling technique.

Ability to safely move and provide varied ground services to aircraft and with necessary equipment.

**Typical Mental Demands**:
Must be able to organize and meet tight fuel schedules and work assignments.

Ability to quickly adapt to constantly changing situations and work environments.

**Working Conditions**:
Ability to work days, evenings and weekends with the flexibility to accommodate delays.

Ability to plan efficient delivery routes and execute it safely.

Ability to work in extreme hot cold temperatures with the majority of work being outdoors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
