Le répartiteur sera responsable de la répartition des unités pour la cueillette et la livraison des marchandises, du suivi des performances des conducteurs et d’assurer que les échéanciers des clients soient respectés.

**Comment vous aiderez**
- Assurer l’exactitudes des rapports.
- Capacité de coordonner les réparations sur la route et l’entretien de la flotte
- Assurer que le classement de la documentation soit bien en ordre, et compléter de nombreuses tâches administratives selon le quart de travail
- Faire preuve d’ingéniosité face à l’utilisation de l’Internet et l’intranet de l’entreprise afin de maintenir les normes de l’entreprise
- Avoir un esprit d’équipe et être prêt à participer et soutenir tous les aspects des opérations
- Être ponctuel et présentable car vous serez notre première ligne d’interaction avec les clients
- Avoir une bonne maîtrise de la langue anglaise à l’écrit et à l’oral.
- Capacité d’utiliser les téléphones 10-4 ainsi que les téléphones de bureau pour communiquer avec les conducteurs
- Assurer la livraison à temps aux clients
- Planifier les cueillettes et les livraisons des conducteurs
- Télécharger et la mise en place des appareils à balayage (scanners)
- Maintenir la communication avec le superviseur responsable du centre de distribution afin d’obtenir des rapports de situation sur le chargement correct de l’unité et les départs aux temps prévus.
- S’assurer que les préoccupations des conducteurs signalées à la répartition soient traitées et résolues à l’intérieur de délais raisonnables ou attendus.

**Vos compétences et votre expérience**:

- Une compréhension de la géographie du centre de l’Ontario
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent
- Expérience dans le domaine du transport en répartition, supervision de quai (2 à 3 ans)
- Connaissances de l’informatique - Excel et Word
- Connaissances de l’équipement est un atout
- Doit avoir un sens aigu de l’urgence
- Doit être en mesure de travailler selon un horaire de travail flexible
- Doit être un opérateur pratique, un formateur, un coach et un mentor
- Doit être capable d’établir et d’entretenir des relations avec les autres
- Doit avoir un esprit d’initiative
- Doit être bilingue - français et anglais
- Ce poste relèvera du Directeur des opérations et recevra des conseils généraux au besoin.

The scope of this position is to be responsible for dispatching units to pickup and delivery freight, monitoring the performance of drivers and ensuring customer timelines are adhered to.

**How You’ll Help**
- Coordinate deliveries, assign pick up requests, and enter line haul orders in the computer.
- Assign appointment freight deliveries to trucks, manifest shipments, and check for expedited shipments.
- Answer phones from drivers and customers.
- Review yard check to ensure freight is not missed and trucks are on schedule.
- Coordinate drivers to come back for second round of deliveries.
- Coordinate daily P&D requirements.
- Monitor driver performance and report finding to manager.
- Identify areas for improvement and efficiencies.
- Perform clerical duties for compliance and broker pay as required.
- Other related duties as may be required.

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- An understanding of the geography of the area
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Transportation background in dispatch, dock supervision (2-3 years)
- Computer literate in Excel and Word
- Equipment knowledge is an asset
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to implement proactive solutions to support operational demands and efficiencies
