**Job Description** Salary starting at $19,00/hr**
**Temporary, part-time position**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm**
**Workplace: 36 Rue de Bécancour, Gatineau, QC J8P 8A4, Canada**
**THIS BRANCH IS NOT ACCESSIBLE BY PUBLIC TRANSIT**
- General reception duties including answering and screening incoming phone calls, accepting and sorting deliveries by placing them in the proper mailbox, replenishing office supplies, etc...
- Weighing trucks loaded and empty
- Controlling number of trucks entering yard
- Directing trucks to the proper unloading area
- Creating reception tickets for receiving product
- Creating expedition tickets for exporting product
- Creating voices for exported product
- Recording daily inventory of material entering yard
- And other duty deemed appropriate and necessary by the Site Manager

**Qualifications**
- MUST SPEAK FRENCH;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience Scale Clerk (asset);
- Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations;
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential;
- Basic knowledge of office administration;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
- Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment;
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner;

- Overtime at time and a half after 40 hours;
