Safety & Compliance Summer Student

We are currently recruiting an energetic, results-focused post-secondary student to join our team this summer As the Safety & Compliance Student, you will be responsible to monitor and maintain Driver and independent contractor compliance records to meet DOT and federal requirements.

Specific Responsibilities include:
- Aiding with Driver questions relating to E-logs and satellite devices- Complete random and cause log audits- Collection and data entry of part time driver logs- Driver Check Program - document and creating follow ups for our Safety councilors or third-party carriers.- Participation in other projects and activities as necessary to the position and as assigned by the Senior Manager, Safety- Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel- Strong attention to detail- Efficient record keeping ability.- Receptive in multi-task environment- Strong oral and written communication skills- Excellent organization skills- Strong interpersonal skills
