**The Opportunity**

Do you have 5-7 years of experience in major gifts, corporate relations, and/or the non profit sector? Do you have in-depth knowledge on how to generate support and creatively implement corporate and foundation gift models and strategies?

This position is the chief technical expert responsible for developing and implementing a coordinated and centralized strategy for UGM’s corporate partnership program, as well as overseeing UGM’s relationships with all foundations and providing oversight to the entire grant submission process. This includes: engaging the corporate and foundations communities to position UGM as a charity of choice; leading and supervising the Corporate and Foundations team; providing leadership to UGM’s partners to build a program that generates revenue and public awareness of UGM; and providing oversight for the full range of activities required to prepare, submit, and manage grant proposals to foundations.

You may come into contact with clients in crisis situations, brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
