Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for a Financial Analyst, Manufacturing and Supply Chain for a permanent full-time position.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, the Financial Analyst, Manufacturing and Supply Chain must have strong analytical and organizational skills. The objectives of this position are to ensure the integrity of cost of goods sold, analyze cost prices, monitor inventory, and complete detailed analysis of warehouse performance. This person will act as a business partner and ensure proper financial management of operations.

- Workplace: 9456, Côte-de-Liesse Road, Montreal, Quebec in hybrid mode (twice a week at the office).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Perform month-end processes related to costing and gross margin.
- Perform month-end inventory reconciliations.
- Participate in monthly cost review presentation.
- Monitor and control production costs and variations.
- Validate and analyze inventory differences and ensure transaction exactness.
- Maintain and improve internal inventory control processes.
- Participate in annual standard cost review process.
- Participate in the preparation of various reports and analyses for the management team.
- Monitor achievement of key performance indicators.

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- CPA holder (asset).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position including experience in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and costing.
- Knowledge of an ERP system (JDE an asset).
- Complete knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

- Bilingual, English and French, both spoken and written, as you will be interacting with different collaborators across the company.
- Excellent in analysis.
- Organized, have initiative and can work independently.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Teamwork oriented.
