**Position Summary**:
NP Group is seeking a **Client Services Representative** for our Toronto (Scarborough) office.
The Client Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining our current customer base and effectively developing a new client base by responding to customer inquiries and efficiently processing sales orders. The Client Service Representative will be directly accountable to the Sales & Marketing Manager. They will ensure that all customer service activities adhere to the Company quality standards, follow current procedures and policies, and complete all required documentation according to schedule.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone lines and redirect calls as necessary
- Process sales orders; identify customer’s needs and opportunities to upsell additional products
- Evaluate product returns and update customer files and internal databases
- Conduct telephone campaigns to target existing and new customers
- Resolve customer complaint issues to ensure quality customer service standards are achieved by impacting the client experience positively
- Assist with marketing efforts and promotional items
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required
- Maintain a presentable showroom and organized sales floor area
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Solid communications skills; both written and oral
- Excellent customer service, sales and good problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented; capacity to work in both an independent and collaborative work environment
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under time constraints
- Demonstrates a positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
- 1 year Retail sales experience
**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
