Taima Extracts is a private, family-owned, and operated licensed production facility devoted to providing single-sourced, high-quality, and consistent bulk cannabinoids and specializing in contract manufacturing and white-label solutions.

We are looking for an experienced distillation technician to lead a build and lead a small team. The role will optimize the day-to-day operation of extraction equipment while working closely with the team to ensure compliance and best practices.

Position:

- Participate in hiring and onboarding process of distillation technicians
- Provide day to day supervision of tasks and distillation process
- Follow and actively enforce distillation processes as per SOPs
- Ensure maintenance and calibration of all equipment are completed as per schedule
- troubleshoot and recommend process improvements
- provide daily, weekly production reports

**Qualifications**:

- 3 years experience in distillation, cannabis extraction, or other related roles
- 1 - 2 years experience in team lead experience
- Experience in cannabis industry
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and possesses ability to multitask and prioritize based on business needs

**Salary**: Commensurate with experience

**Salary**: $15.50-$40.07 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
