**Join our Team as a Billing Analyst at McAsphalt**

**At McAsphalt, we're seeking a passionate Billing Analyst to become an essential part of our team at the Head Office location. In this role, you won't just crunch numbers; you'll be at the forefront, steering the ship in overseeing and optimizing the billing process for our Central region. Your mission? To ensure our billing processes are not only efficient and precise but also in full compliance, making a significant impact on our financial stability and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a Billing Analyst, your journey with us will be filled with exciting challenges.**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Billing Processing: Prepare, review, and process invoices for goods and services provided to customers. Verify the accuracy of billing information, including pricing and product quantities shipped, to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or disputes related to billing discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborative Communication: Work closely with various departments such as Marketing, Facility personnel, and Finance to address billing-related issues, clarify discrepancies, and enhance overall billing processes.
- Contract Entry and Management: Review contracts and tenders provided by Sales/Marketing, proactively identify potential issues, and offer support to internal Marketing staff and external contractors as required. Maintain accurate and organized customer contracts.
- Database Management: Keep sales/contract files organized with Excel and the ERP system, generate regular reports as requested, and ensure critical data is up to date.
- Logistics: Collaborate with our Logistics group to gain an understanding of the logistics process as it relates to contract management.
- Accounts Support: Assist in accounts payables and accounts receivable tasks, providing seamless support to the finance department.

**Required Qualifications**
- A Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, demonstrating administrative expertise.
- Above-average proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous with a high attention to detail and organization of contracts, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Fast learner
- Good understanding of accounting principles relating to sales transactions.
