**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Principal Responsibilities
- Process and post bank transactions daily
- Post entries to customer ledger; submit invoices to the customer online per company process and procedure
- Follow-up on outstanding invoices with customers and support collections
- Process customer credits and debits
- Reconcile customer statements
- Match and process AP invoices in NAV
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Respond to enquiries from external and internal customers
- Support month-end and year-end closing process
- Must be able to work extended hours at year-end
- Assist with the execution of ad-hoc projects as assigned

Must Have
- Advance Excel skills is a must
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision, Microsoft NAV)

**Education and Experience**
- Accounting Degree or equivalent
- Working towards an Accounting Designation (CPA, CGA, etc.)
- Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
- Knowledge of Canadian taxes
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role

Applicants will undergo an Excel test and are required to achieve a minimum score of 70%.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Company benefits include dental, extended health care, life insurance, paid time off, RRSP matching, vision care, and wellness program.
