**THE POSITION**
- You are comfortable as a key member of the executive team, having full sales P&L accountability for the Canadian business
- You have previous experience creating and guiding the strategic direction of sales, technical services, and business development
- You are a naturally collaborative leader, comfortable providing strategic direction for senior sales leaders across a variety of unique business markets
- You enjoy formulating business objectives, defining and implementing budget plans and tracking performance to business goals
- You understand the importance of analytics and metrics in growth strategies, you are comfortable with data and driving sales behaviours through a CRM
- You are skilled at telling the Henry Schein story, driving, and leading our sales and technical teams to differentiate the company in the market, sharing our consultative, full-service solution offerings for our customers
- You are committed to diversity and inclusion through recruiting and retaining diverse TSMs, fostering a sense of belonging that supports organizational collaboration
- You are up to the challenge of leading sales within a performance based, matrixed, growth organization

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**

You have at least seven to ten years of progressive management experience in key leadership roles, preferably within a healthcare or comparable industry. You have previous experience as a key member of a senior leadership team, driving the strategic direction of a large, matrixed business. You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline. You have a proven track record of exemplary leadership, increasing sales and country market share. You have strong interpersonal skills, switching easily between soft and hard skills to meet business needs. You have strong quantitative abilities to match working in sales databases (SalesForce). You have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills functioning within a performance based, customer centric environment. You are comfortable as the key sales leadership example for others.
