**Your role**:
As a Co-op Student you will provide essential support to our Consultants in the delivery of advisory services to clients. This includes gaining insight, experience, and understanding of the Transit and Infrastructure sectors, specifically in supporting public sector organizations to deliver complex and high-value capital enhancement programs. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading professionals and gain valuable experience in the consulting field. This role is designed for university students with an interest in the consulting and infrastructure fields who are looking to expand their knowledge and skills in a professional environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Support & maintain document control processes in compliance with company policies.
- Participate & assist in the facilitation of client meetings and workshops, including the preparation of meeting minutes and other reports as required.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain & update a cyclical reporting dashboard of key metrics.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support client engagements.
- Assist in the development of strategies and action plans for clients.
- Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop a deep understanding of the industry and gain exposure to various project delivery methodologies.

**Essential**
- Working towards a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics or other relevant

program.
- Strong written and oral communications skills;
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment;
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Keen interest in the construction, transit, infrastructure and consulting sectors;
- Exhibit a professional demeanour.
