**Role and Responsibilities**: As an Entry-Level Research and Data Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by:

- Utilizing advanced MS Excel skills to analyze and manipulate data for various projects.
- Conducting thorough and efficient online research to gather valuable insights and information related to the EV industry, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Compiling research findings into well-structured documents, including reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, refine processes, and contribute to project success.
- Optimize efficiency of projects by using MS Office 365 Suite and Google Suite tools.
- Paraphrasing and articulating gathered information in a clear and concise manner.
- Adapting and quickly acquiring new skills to meet the evolving needs of projects and initiatives.
- Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Effectively communicate insights and findings, both verbally and in written form.
- Conducting thorough research to identify funding opportunities and stay updated on eligibility criteria and deadlines.
- Preparing and submitting well-structured grant proposals, tracking progress, ensuring compliance, and reporting outcomes for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite and Google Suite, specifically in advanced MS Excel functions and formulas.
- Strong research skills and the ability to efficiently locate and extract information online.
- Excellent written communication and paraphrasing abilities.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude toward skill development.
- Exceptional multitasking skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills: ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Passion for contributing to sustainable transportation solutions.
