Nucor Harris Rebar is searching for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our team in Stoney Creek. The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for providing clerical and data entry assistance for the Accounts Receivable Department and supporting our customers.

Primary

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain daily cash receipts transactions in Navision
- Balance cash receipts daily to the general ledger
- Communicate with customers and branches daily
- Collection of accounts receivable
- Provide assistance in the preservation of our rights to be paid
- General filing, clerical and administrative duties
- May be required to perform occasional switchboard relief
- Perform other duties required by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Three to Five years of relevant experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to deal effectively with rejection by customers
- Strong organizational, customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate to all levels of management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Working experience in Microsoft Navision is considered an asset
- Proven self-starter

Physical Demands
- Typical office activities
- Walking, sitting, standing, bending.
- Using hands to operate objects, tools, computers, and other electronic equipment
- Lifting/handling computers and related equipment
- Vision abilities, including close vision and adjusting focus
- Moderate noise level

Special Demands
- May be required to work overtime during month end, quarter end, and year-end or due to other operational demands.
