**Job Summary**:
The Regional Community Food Hub Coordinator will be responsible for the delivery, oversight, record keeping, and advancement of Archway’s Fraser Valley Food Connections Hub, a collaborative network of food access organizations. This role is a first point of contact for Food Hub community enquiries. The position supports the day-to-day operations of the Food Justice program.

**Your Role**:
Archway’s Regional Community Food Hub Coordinator with the Food Justice Program contributes by:

- Working with the Supervisor, Food Justice to maintain, strengthen, and develop key partnerships for the Fraser Valley Food Connections hub.
- Working collaboratively with the Supervisor, Food Justice, in the coordination and smooth delivery of the Food Hub programs.
- Assisting in supporting, and building a cohesive Food Hub team.
- Acting as a first point of contact for community partners and providing administrative support to the Food Justice program/Hub and partners to create a more integrated network.
- Contributing to the production and distribution of a Food Hub newsletter, social media content, and communications.
- Working with the Supervisor, Food Justice, to ensure the principles of justice, equity, diversity and inclusion are incorporated into the day-to-day operations of the Food Hub.
- Working in collaboration with the Archway Food Security team to assist in the implementation of a human rights-based approach to food and improving food security through community development.

**Our Offer**

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour.

A permanent, part-time position at 30 hours per week, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday, and some weekends.

**Getting an Interview - you will be considered if you have**:

- A Diploma in human services or a related field, or a combination of education, training and experience working in Food Security, Food Justice, or Human Rights.
- Experience working in a position that addresses food security issues an asset.
- Experience in program delivery/coordination.
- Experience in relationship building with communities, community partners, and various other institutions and agencies.

**The Job Requires you to have**:

- Ability to work in person during regular working hours, Monday to Friday (may work occasional evenings and weekends).
- Capacity to work well within self-directed and unsupervised work.
- Valid BC Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
- Use of a personal vehicle.
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions, requiring efficient switch-tasking.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative team.
- Satisfactory criminal record check is a condition of employment.
