The Site Supervisor is the on site team leader for client focused commercial construction projects. This individual will be required to successfully manage project schedules, technicians, and subtrades, ensuring the effective and efficient progress and completion of the project while regularly reporting on project safety and progress. In addition, they will also be responsible for the overall safety of the site, making certain that all those on site are consistently following all safety protocols.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and interpret construction blueprints, drawings, specifications, and other documents.
- Provide direction to subtrades and technicians to have work done as per the project schedule.
- Ensure all work is being done as per drawings and specifications at the required quality levels.
- Ensure construction site is safe, clean, organized and that all subtrades and technicians are following applicable Health & Safety procedures in accordance with Bonafide and Manitoba Health & Safety Act.
- Communicate and collaborate with Bonafide staff (project managers, coordinators, technicians) and clients regarding project information and to resolve issues.
- Manage and sustain positive relationship with all project stakeholders.
- Communicate client expectations with subtrades and technicians.
- Perform site, tool, and vehicle inspections, and coordinate materials to site.
- Attend and contribute to project meetings.
- Complete and submit daily paperwork and reports as required.
- Demonstrates proficiency and effectiveness in written/oral communication in the English language and has active listening skills.
- Has 5+ years of commercial construction management/leadership experience.
- Has their Red Seal Carpenter accreditation or equivalent experience.
- Has strong secondary and/or trades education.
- Has a strong people management background, is customer service focused, and a team player.
- Has planning and organizational skills.
- Shows effective time management and delegation skills.
- Has a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Has the ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly and effectively.
- Is detail oriented and strives for excellent results.
- Demonstrates constant professionalism and courteousness.
- Has basic computer (Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF) and smart phone knowledge.
- Has their Gold Seal certification (preferred but not required).
- Has a valid driver’s license

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
