**Primary Function**:
Assists the operation of our IceBreaker Ice Cream Shoppe in providing superior service and product by managing and directing staff.

**Reports To**: Food & Beverage Manager

**Major Responsibilities**:
1. Ensures continued presence in the work area during open times and verifies daily with guests that their service expectations are met

2. Responsible for ensuring that all staff offering and selling ice cream and other items are meeting or exceeding set revenue targets.

3. Handles and addresses all guest-related concerns immediately with the aim to solve all problems to ensure guest satisfaction.

4. Assists the F&B Manager in directing, supervising and training of all staff in the performance of their duties in accordance with set IceBreaker/ Bushs Marina standards.

5. Assists the F&B Manager in the preparation of performance objectives and evaluations of employees.

6. Responsible for all staff conduct, attitude and performance. Reports on all issues positive and negative objectively in a timely manner to the Operations Manager &/or F&B Manager.

7. Executes a correct and fair assignment for each server in the IceBreaker. Ensures fair rotation of all staff in all areas.

8. Ensures that set levels of productivity are met with high level of service. Communicates with server and assist if need be with expediting service and needs.

9. Assists in the preparation of work schedules for all employees in the restaurant organization. Manages and controls scheduling of overtime.

10. Is responsible for manpower re-distribution as needed in the operation.

11. Ensures attendance of pre-shift meetings, shares and addresses current concerns.

12. Checks each work area before service begins in order to monitor setup, station organization, and conditions of all service items.

13. Responsible for the implementation and execution of food handling, food service and cleaning procedures in accordance PH standards.

14. Ensures the selling and up-selling and provides support to the server, problem solving solutions as well as unsatisfied guest recovery.

15. Implements and executes proper maintenance and cleaning procedures in all restaurant area.

16. Assists in the preparation of reports and results as required or requested by the F&B Manager.

17. Adapts and adjusts to projects and assignments as dictated by management and or corporate management.

18. Other tasks as directed by management up to including taking over servers section.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
