**Position Overview**:
Take part in, and oversee the Life Cycle Management of repairable components on the CH-149 In Service Support Contract.

**What You Will Do**:

- Lead a team of Life Cycle Material Specialists (LCMS) in all aspects of repairable component management;
- Oversee the required analysis and modelling required to ensure sufficient spares are available to the fleet to support fleet operations;
- Oversee the required Repair and Overhaul activities required to support fleet operations within budget and schedule;
- Oversee and provide guidance to the LCMS to ensure the correct and timely monitoring of aircraft lifed and tracked components to support future spares provisioning and aircraft maintenance policies;
- Control and program the allocation of shortage category spares, tooling and support equipment to ensure maximum use of limited resources.
- Report to the CSH Fleet Manager and comply with CSH Acceptable Maintenance Organization (AMO) departmental processes and procedures;
- Assist the team of LCMS in transactional activity during periods of high volume of work, including;
- Coordination of rob activity between all locations
- Review and process Repair Requisitions and Material Disposal Requests
- Create, update and amend CH149 Standard Plant Procedures (SPP) and Work instructions (WI);
- Participate in, and at times lead, various meetings within internal stakeholders as well as external customers;
- Training and orientation of personnel on procedures and processes;
- Work closely with the Material department to ensure efficient support to the Main Operating Bases;
- Monitor performance targets to maintain department key performance indicators;
- Responsible for the supervision and administrative action pertaining to assigned personnel;
- Approval of time-off ensuring staff available to meet requirements
- Monitoring workload for assigned LCMS
- Other tasks as directed by the Fleet Manager.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Graduate of technical institute or equivalent;
- 3-5 years’ experience in a related aerospace environment;
- Effective time and people management skills, excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Proficient with MS Office Suite including but not limited to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Able to work within a deadline driven environment;
- Require an analytical, self-starter, task oriented, team player with a positive outlook;
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
- Must be eligible to meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Secret Level II Security Clearance through PSPC- Contract Security Program, and Transport Canada RAIC clearance.
