**Job Description**:
What You’ll Be Doing

Due to the nature of this role, a criminal record check will need to be completed at least annually for the purpose of enhanced screening.
- At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._

How You’ll Succeed
- Critical and Analytical Thinking -You will ensure complete and timely review and action for wire payment inquiries and identify root cause where possible.
- Relationship Building - Required to interact with internal business partners, external business partners, and correspondent banks globally. You represent yourself professionally and can clearly articulate your thoughts. You are able to foster mentorship relationships with your team and with others across the bank.
- Transaction processing - Use your extensive knowledge of Wire payment processing and Investigations is highly desirable. This includes expertise on Payment processing and operations, ISO20021/22 message types, transaction processing, Reconciliation and client escalations. As well as the sound knowledge described above, a continuous improvement mindset is required to be able to actively/proactively participate in project activities
