EVOO Greek Kitchen is a modern Greek restaurant serving authentic greek cuisine, a sommelier curated wine selection and handcrafted cocktails with a Greek flair.

We provide an exceptional experience to all our guests, and show them what Greek hospitality is all about.

The Front of House Manager would be a leader and champion of the EVOO Experience, while sharing that passion to take care of guests with the service team. Managing reservations and group parties while being the host of the dining room is the responsibility of the Front of House Manager along with assisting in hiring, training, and coaching service staff to always be looking for new and exciting ways to share the EVOO Experience with our guests.

Front of house managers have a mind for customer experience and service, as well as great people and leadership skills. EVOO is looking for someone with the following skills:

- Point of sale system experience - EVOO managers are responsible for cash transactions, including refunding customers, providing discounts, and discounting items, which requires proficiency with the restaurant’s POS system
- Organizational skills - can often juggle many responsibilities at a time, so top-notch organizational skills and prioritization skills are critical for running successful shifts
- Training - as the front of house manager leads staff onboarding, experience teaching or training new staff is preferable
- Scheduling
- the EVOO manager is responsible for the entire front of house schedule, managing availabilities, time off requests, and managing labour costs
- Leadership Skills - it’s the job of an EVOO manager to keep staff on task, motivated, and focused. They also resolve staff conflicts and customer’s concerns
- Management Experience - they must have strong managerial skills
- Hospitality - dedication to providing excellent experiences to our guests and improving the customer experience is a mandatory quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
