Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for an
**Insights Analyst
- Loyalty and CRM **to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Manager, Loyalty and CRM, you will be responsible for developing a Loyalty & CRM analytics practice to provide valuable insight for Home Hardware and our Dealers. You will analyze and interpret customer loyalty data and provide actionable recommendations based on insights to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**What you’ll do**:

- Gather and organize data related to customer loyalty program (Scene+), transactions, engagement, and feedback. Conduct comprehensive analysis to derive meaningful insights and trends.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to segment customers based on various criteria such as demographics, purchasing behavior, and engagement levels. Identify target segments for loyalty program optimization and personalized marketing efforts. Work in partnership with the CRM Marketing team.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of the loyalty program (Scene+). Monitor and track these metrics to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings, trends, and insights to stakeholders. Present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Respond to specific business questions and requests by conducting ad-hoc analyses. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes and address specific challenges related to customer loyalty.
- Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to align loyalty initiatives with broader business objectives. Collaborate on developing strategies, campaigns, and promotions that drive customer loyalty and engagement and increase customer lifetime value.
- Monitor and analyze the loyalty programs and initiatives of competitors to identify industry trends, best practices, and areas for differentiation. Provide recommendations to enhance the company's loyalty offerings based on competitive insights.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for program enhancements, personalized experiences, and rewards optimization to meet evolving customer needs.
- Implement A/B testing and conduct post-implementation analysis to assess the impact of changes and drive continuous improvement.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Post-secondary education in Business with 3+ years of analytical experience within the retail or related industry.
- Advanced knowledge of syndicated third-party data (Nielsen, Retailer POS systems).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically expert level knowledge of Excel. Capable of learning new programs quickly.
- Strong multi-tasker who can work independently and in a team environment
- Strong technical knowledge of Power BI, SAS, Tableau, and other analytical and modelling software.
- Solid business acumen and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Effective analytic storytelling through presentation of insights in a clear, coherent, and compelling format.
