Renovations Carpenter

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications and calculate requirements; prepare layouts in conformation to building codes; Measure, cut, shape and assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials; Build foundations, install floor beams, lay sub flooring and erect walls and roof systems; Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware; install drywall; install insulation; build porches and verandas; build decks and fences; operate power tools. Minimum 5 years working as a Carpenter on residential and commercial projects.

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
