Nutreco embaucheun gestionnaire de la santé et de la sécurité qui sera basé à notre emplacement de St-Hyacinthe, QC. Ce poste sera responsable de superviser toutes les fonctions de santé et sécurité pour les sites du Québec, de l'Ontario et de la région de l'Atlantique et travaillera en partenariat avec nos équipes des opérations.

Le responsable HSE est responsable de la promotion de la culture zéro incident et zéro déchet au sein de l'entreprise, y compris l'assurance que la prestation HSE est conforme aux systèmes et normes de gestion HSE mondiaux du gouvernement, de l'industrie et de Nutreco.

Le responsable SSE est responsable de toutes les activités et de l'éducation liées à la santé et à la sécurité, à la législation. Fournir des conseils à nos équipes de direction pour adopter et mettre en œuvre des mesures reflétant la priorité et l'accent que nous accordons à la santé et à la sécurité. À ce titre, vous êtes le point de contact et de référence en matière de SSE pour tous les sites de Nutreco du périmètre de responsabilité dans l'Est du Canada, élabore et gère les plans SSE pour l'Entreprise, qui visent le déploiement, la coordination, la mise en œuvre, le suivi et l'amélioration des SSE politiques et normes afin de minimiser les risques et d'améliorer les performances HSE de l'organisation. Le responsable HSE donne l'exemple et gère en permanence l'amélioration et la conformité HSE dans la région en menant le changement culturel vers un état d'esprit zéro incident et zéro déchet.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**

Votre expérience est essentielle pour gérer la fonction Santé, Sécurité et Environnement (SSE) afin de créer et de maintenir une culture de travail productive et un environnement de travail sûr et de favoriser la culture Zéro incident et Zéro déchet au sein de l'entreprise. Vous travaillerez en tant que partenaire et allié avec les équipes des opérations de la région.
- Leadership et gestion du personnel: Instaurer la confiance et la collaboration avec l'équipe HSE et la représentation OPCO.
- Modéliser les comportements sécuritaires et renforcer activement la création d'une culture comportementale sécuritaire.
- S'assurer que tous les programmes de formation, d'introduction et d'instruction pertinents sur le HSE sont déployés et exécutés.
- Assurer les plus hauts niveaux de compétences clés et identifier les domaines d'amélioration pour accélérer la mise en œuvre de l'état d'esprit Zéro dommage et Zéro déchet.
- Aligner la stratégie HSE et soutenir la direction locale dans l'élaboration des feuilles de route et des objectifs stratégiques HSE régionaux.
- Assurer la communication des politiques HSE dans la langue et la manière appropriées, afin que tout le personnel soit bien informé et capable d'appliquer et de se conformer à toutes les politiques HSE pertinentes.
- Gestion des risques : planifier, préparer et mener des inspections et des évaluations de sécurité internes et initier/surveiller des actions correctives en fonction des constatations et des enquêtes sur les événements.
- Rapports et analyses : analysez les indicateurs avancés et retardés pertinents pour prendre ou recommander des actions appropriées et fournir des rapports de performance HSE réguliers à la direction régionale et mondiale.
- Projets : Accompagner les grands projets, les fusions et acquisitions ou les modifications majeures. Participer aux projets CAPEX pour s'assurer que les normes HSE sont incluses dans toutes les phases du projet et pleinement prises en compte dans toute conception

**QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE**
- Un diplôme/diplôme en santé et sécurité. Enregistré en tant que professionnel de la santé/sécurité au Canada (CRSP)
- Au moins 8 ans d'expérience solide en matière d'environnement et/ou de sécurité dans les opérations de fabrication dans une organisation de taille moyenne à grande.
- Bilinguisme anglais et français est une exigence

**Critères importants**:

- Membre agréé de l'IOSH/Senior Safety Specialist (HVK) ou équivalent
- Connaissance et expérience ISO 45001
- Un leadership fort et une passion pour le soutien culturel de la sécurité dans une organisation
- Fort sens de la responsabilisation, de la responsabilité et de la collaboration
- Un sens stratégique des affaires, capacité à travailler avec un style d'orientation d'équipe collaborative
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, sous pression, à gérer les priorités et à effectuer plusieurs tâches
- Bonnes compétences informatiques, y compris la suite Microsoft Office
