Vice President, Operations

GoRight is looking for a Vice President, Operations, preferably with manufacturing experience, for this newly created, critical role.
As Vice President, Operations, you are responsible for overseeing the organization’s Operations processes and services activities. Your primary responsibilities include achieving profitability, cost management, and upholding the values of the organization with your Operations teams. Your duties include achieving operational metrics and results, high quality service output for our customers, implementing and sustaining Lean operational throughput, improving business operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading the Operations management, supervisors, and front line teams to execute Operations programs and initiatives.
You create an Operational Excellent business model for scalable growth, leveraging your proven experience and skills in quality systems and methods, Lean tools, developing SOPs, SWIs, process mapping and scorecard development to monitor progress and results.
As a member of the Executive Team, supported by a General Manager, you are tasked with managing several service and mobile operations locations, recruiting and retaining staff with exemplary personnel leadership, communications with your teams, and teambuilding strategies to drive morale and individual performance.
To be successful, you have extensive operational management and leadership experience, proven process management skills and experience, strong financial acumen, and exemplary management, leadership, and front line staff leadership skills. You are effective at managing and leading teams to achieve objectives. You have a keen understanding and personal initiative for striving for Operational Excellence, and to meet the Company’s strategic goals, mission, values and beliefs.
**What you bring to the table**:
- Lean and Quality Systems expertise, with proven ability to lead and coach others.
- Proven strategic planning and budgeting experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated experience setting, monitoring and meeting quarterly and annual goals.
- Experience building and scaling teams and systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- An entrepreneurial spirit.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be proactive, manage projects, and meet deadlines with exemplary planning.
- Technologically savvy, with very strong skills with business systems, Microsoft Dynamics, or other. Advanced MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, and other software systems
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 10+ years of operations managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
