As a Marketing Analyst, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns, programs, and materials to support the acquisition and retention of ENMAX Easymax customers.

Major Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of residential and small commercial marketing plans and execute tactics designed to achieve acquisition, retention, and business objectives.- Coordinate activities that enhance customer experience and optimize touchpoints to ensure engagement throughout the lifecycle.- Execute activities that generate leads and build the Easymax brand and product portfolio.- Support content and design of marketing material and assets.-
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide recommendations for changes/improvement.- Track industry trends, monitor competitive landscape, and provide benchmarking information for ENMAX Energy.-
- Monitor and assess A/B testing initiatives for competitive products and services

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related field.- 5+ years related experience with a background in Marketing.- Experience working at an agency is highly desired.- Experience developing and executing content and omni-channel marketing plans is an asset.- Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
