Assistant Store Manager

Victoria, Canada Avis rental Ao sm rentals Full time

Open and close rental agreements
- Cleaning and upkeep of rentals upon return.
- Answer phone inquiries
- Make reservations
- Perform administrative tasks
- Communicate with existing customers and potential business clients
- Provide leadership to junior members of staff.
- Take responsibility for supervising the daily operations of the branch.
- Meet with branch members to plan, coordinate, and carry out day-to-day management responsibilities.
- Carry out the orders of senior management personnel, such as operations managers, branch managers and company administrators.
- Ensure that the branch develops new strategies for increasing customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

- Must speak English, with strong oral communication skills.
- Must have the ability to build relationships with customers.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Physical ability to move in and out of vehicles
- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License and a good driving history
- Must be willing to work indoor parkade or outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Availability to work a variety of shifts that may include weekends

**Job Types**: full time Permanent

Full time hours: 40 to 50 hours per week

**Salary**: From $45,000 per year

- 8 to 10 hour shift depending on business need
- 8 a.m to 4:00 p.m
- Monday to Sunday
- Weekend availability
