Heart Pharmacy in **Fairfield Plaza is looking for an Assistant Store Manager** to work under the guidance our Store Manager to ensure effective day-to-day operations of the front store. You will be responsible for maintaining our award-winning customer service standards, ensuring our shelves are stocked and ever-changing with new and exciting products. **As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for**:
- Assisting the store manager with staffing and training.
- Acting as a coach and mentor to the team and providing feedback and coaching to staff.
- Mainting inventory such as promotions and counts. Maintaing Point of Sale information related to inventory, processing returns, transfers of stock, write-offs and more.
- Completing and contributing to store ordering, while keeping up to date on new product.
- Participating and taking a leadership role on store merchandising and creating feature displays.
- Demonstrating integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Heart Pharmacy.
- Maintaining and models a calm demeanor during periods of high volume.
- Engaging in conversation with customers to understand the needs of the community in which the store is located.
- Supports store operations by recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments through existing organizational tools and makes recommendations to store manager on new, creative, and impactful methods of recognition
- Follows operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security to ensure employee safety and wellbeing.
